Loophole is a DIY art space, club and music venue that was founded in 2012 and has been a central pillar of Berlin's underground music, performance and art scene since its inception. We offer a space for artists of all levels, fields and backgrounds to meet, perform and showcase their work. Loophole's ethos is based on the idea that artistic expression should be accessible to everyone. We have always focused on accessibility and inclusivity for both artists:ins and audiences, and pride ourselves on hosting events ranging from brand new local bands and DJs to internationally touring acts and everything in between, with a particular focus on experimental, outsider:ins or fringe styles that often have fewer performance opportunities. Loophole is a popular venue for Berlin artists and is unique in its longevity, authenticity and commitment to remaining affordable, accessible and diverse.
