The OXI has existed as a venue and club in Berlin since the beginning of 2020. This very summer, it was one of the first locations to resume a club culture-affine programme after the lockdown at the end of May in the form of a beer garden operation in the OXI garden accompanied by music from DJs. Since the beginning, the OXI has stood for inclusive togetherness in a specially created safer space. This stands explicitly for the queer community in Berlin, which manifests itself strongly through the event concepts offered by the OXI, in-house bookings, as well as external events.
