With this short film programme, a collection of films screened in different editions of the XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin, we invite you to rethink, discuss or celebrate the complexity of erotic desire from the perspective of trans*, femme and non-binary artists. These films reclaim fantasies and access to pleasure and subvert existing social norms - seen in FUCK YOU, SOY SAUCE and DOGFRIEND. They also occupy sites of memory and desire in BREATH CONTROL and LATÍFUNDIO.

The screening will conclude with an interactive discussion with XPOSED curator:in, filmmaker:in of SOY SAUCE and editor:in of HUNDFREUND Sarnt Utamachote, as well as Ahmed Awadalla, a queer migrant journalist with experience exploring gendered and racist politics of desire.

Feel free to bring cushions or mats for the floor, as the screening will not take place in a cinema but in a common room. There will be a small bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The venue is on the ground floor and is barrier-free, but the toilets are only accessible via a short flight of stairs. We ask all guests to remove their shoes when entering the room
